At the conclusion of this course, students will have an understanding of the nature of Real Estate Brokerage, purchase contracts, land-use laws, mortgages, leases, business opportunities along with laws/regulations relating to licensing in the State of New Jersey. In addition, students will have an understanding of the Laws against discrimination and fiduciary responsibilities. Upon the satisfactory conclusion of this course and the passing of a final exam with not less than a 75%, students will be issued a certificate that will allow them to sit for the State of New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Passing of the State exam will allow the successful individual to apply to a Real Estate Brokerage in the State of New Jersey for licensure to work as a sales person.
